prof. dr hab. Anna Kwiatkowska
Instytut Psychologii PAN Anna Kwiatkowska (PhD in psychology 1985) is a Professor and the Head of Cultural Psychology and Cross-Cultural Research Lab in Institute of Psychology, Polish Academy of Sciences. Her main area of research is cultural and gender identity, currently with focus on self-construals across cultures. Her research interests include gender stereotypes, gender based violence, migration from gender perspective. Also, in her works she explores cultural aspects of some psychosocial phenomena (e.g. aggression, attachment, cheating, time perception), and recently cultural and psychosocial determinants of environmentalism. She is an author of numerous papers, book chapters, and books. Her last book is titled “Wielokulturowość w ujęciu interdysplinarnym” [Multiculturalism in an interdisciplinary perspective]; PWN, Warsaw, 2021.
