Scientific authority in the field of cross-cultural and social psychology, working in Institute of Psychology on University in Gdańsk, ex Deputy Dean for Research on Faculty of Social Sciences.
The most popular study concerns Belief in a Zero-Sum Game, carried out on over fifteen thousand people from 60 countries around the world. She published three scientific monographs (one Teofrast nomination) and over 40 original scientific articles, in prestigious journals from the JCR list (e.g. Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, International Journal of Psychology, Journal of Personality and Individual Differences, Journal of Happiness Studies, European Journal of Psychological Assessment). She also popularizes knowledge by writing articles in the popular-science press and during media presentations. She delivered over 50 papers at domestic and international conferences. She was a three-time scholarship holder of the Polish Ministry of Science and Education in Vietnam and United States, was awarded a bronze medal of the President of the Republic of Poland and nominated for an individual scientific award of the Rector of the University of Gdańsk, managed five cross-cultural scientific grants. She regularly reviews in foreign journals, is a member of the International Association of Cross-Cultural Psychology IACCP and Polish Society of Social Psychology, works with numerous academic centers and publishes articles with scientists from all over the world. social and cross-cultural psychology, vietnamese culture, buddhist meditation studies
